Got the DIY Sunday kit and they sent preamps instead of cookie dough (they claimed they tried reaching out to me, but there was no call, text, or email), they sent two massive containers ( large iced coffee cups) filled with caramel sauce, and no cherries and no whipped cream. The ice cream quarts were also not packed all the way. Will never order this again.

I ordered a Reese's layered sundae and an Oreo layered sundae. Each description had layers of ice cream, sauce and candy/cookie in the pictures. What I received was one scoop of vanilla ice cream, a sprinkle of the candy/cookie, whip cream, nuts and a cherry in a one scoop sundae cup. No hot fudge or peanut butter sauce as mentioned in the description.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! This location NEVER have the ingredients they advertise and they don't even tell you that they don't have them. They just make the banna splits without the ingredients you requested. EVERY TIME I order it's wrong. And you can't even talk to them because they NEVER answer the telephone. I'm done with this location. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!
