The first time we ordered, we could order a single scoop. This time our only choices were a triple scoop or kid's scoop! We were very disappointed, although the ice cream was good.

Smallest triple scoop I've ever had eating from BR for decades. I've ordered double scoops that had more. Disappointing.

I ordered(via Door Dash) for 2 consecutive days,this past Sat & Sun nights..I paid for a 3 Scoop Sundae & only received 2-scoops both times,I'm beginning to think it's intentionally being done...

I'm really disappointed and I don't want to buy here again.
I ordered 2 double scoops (2 separate cups) with spoons, but I only received 1 cup with 2 scoops. The second one was completely missing, and they didn’t include any spoons either.
I even left a note in the app asking to make sure there were 2 separate cups, and the dasher told me she confirmed it with the store and they said everything was there, but it wasn’t.
I opened the bag in front of the dasher, and there was only one ice cream inside.
I tried to go back to the store and arrived at 9:50 PM (they close at 10 PM), but it was already closed and no one was there.
