Their customer service, not so much...
I placed an order on the Doordash app for pickup. I watched as the employee made the order. As the employee went to hand me the bag I asked her about two of the flavors she had scooped, as they were not varieties I had ordered. She explained that they were out of those flavors. I then asked, "So, were you just not going to tell me?" To which she replied, "I thought this was just a doordash order..." I responded, "That shouldn't make a difference."
They were very slow. I can see why with an attitude like that.

Every time we've ordered from this B&R we've gotten the wrong flavor. Today was no different. How many chances should we give them? We ordered strawberry cheesecake today and got plain strawberry.
