The Flavor Flight was supposed to be individual scoops and it all came in one container, not as it was advertised

Milkshake was not what I ordered. They wait to tell you at the last minute they're out of your flavor. Sucks to pay $12.50 for a milkshake you had to settle on. The reason I ordered was to get a flavor you can get nowhere else. Which is worth paying more for. They could've mentioned it when I ordered but instead they wait for the driver to get there and she is waiting and then they tell me they're out of my flavor. Has happened in the past too with a pick up order. How does an ice cream place run out of ice cream????

this location hardly has any of the flavors advertised. every time I order I've been told they don't have what I ordered
