Whoever does the scooping really did an excellent job. My cups were packed - probably the same person who really tries hard at their job - bc one time the cups were full. I got so disappointed but then this location typically delivers and has good customer service, so I still buy from them. Today's order was amazing - the praline was oozing with caramel!! Thank you!!

the smallest Banana Royale I have had. the scoops were the size of a quarter and the bananas were already going bad. the cup was huge and was half empty. don't go here unless you wanna get ripped off. dasher was awesome though!

The ice cream was amazing. Cold upon delivery. One item was substituted, but they went above and beyond to make me happy without me needing to reach out. 10/10 recommend.

I ordered the Brownie Sundae through door dash and the portion of icecream was unreasonably small. It was not a scoop at all it was barely a spoon full. I know the difference since I ordered the same thing yesterday and it was not all the same quantity wise.
