I ordered a REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae. This is the second time I ordered this sundae and it has chocolate sauce instead of peanut butter and the candy is either really old stale Reese's or butterfinger. Really disappointing with how much I am paying for and getting the wrong sundae.

We ordered a large shake which was placed on its side in the bag so as it started to melt it leaked everywhere. I also ordered a two scoop hot fudge sundae. The two scoops I received are more like one single scoop. I have never received a two scoop sundae this tiny. I took photos showing how one scoop fit on a plastic spoon.

The 2 scoop sundae was more like a 1 scoop sundae when compared to just a regular 2 scoop ice cream bowl. Paid extra for additional toppings and they were very skimpy on those as well.

No one was in the store at the time of my pickup order and when I went in 15 mins later after she came back, I was told my order couldn't be made because she didn't have the flavors I chose. I left frustrated.
