it was my son's birthday and I just got off work and forgot to order his cake. MY DAWGS AT BASKIN ROB CAME THROUGH!!!🔥🔥 now I'm super dad for sure. my kid said the cake looked awesome and looked like a pofessional made it they words not mine lol. Its a nice size cake too for the price and was so fresh it could leave a Karen impressed💯

Why does the store accept your order if they don'thave your order? Whycan't they put a message BEFORE the dasher goe that Ihave to reselect something else instead of me trying to figure out the replacement at the smallwindow that the dasher goes?And why would they put a waffle cone in a bag tha doesn't protect it from being broken? Love theirice cream but their customer service needsa lot of work.

There's flavors on the menu and every single time I order from there I get a call that they don't have that specific flavor I ordered never ordering from there again.
