Everything arrived frozen, as it should. Delivery was fast and efficient. Mint Chocolate Chip is the best, and compares similarly to Thrifty's brand, both being my all time favorites. The new Summer flavor, Beach Day, is super good, if you enjoy salty-sweets, which I do. The 12oz hand-packed was a bit pricy, considering the flavor was Cotton Candy - a regular flavor offered. Over all, we are pleased with our purchase and will enjoy our delicious ice cream.

This store is phenomenal! I called ahead with special requests for the milkshakes I ordered. Not only did they follow through on my requests, but they remember me now!
I've ordered twice since, and they already know who I am and what I want. Rock on BR on El Cajon! You guys are the BEST!!

The portions are never even scoops of various flavors nor full size scoops. I also never get the extra sauce I pay extra for. If you go in yourself to get a 2 Scoop Sundae, it's fine. But if you order the exact same thing for delivery for a much higher price, it is smaller, missing items you pay for and less quality over all.

This review is for BRs on El Cajon Blvd. I just want to point out that Merrill @ this store ROCKS! He gets me and he'll get you too! lol
If you are in the area, please drop here... they will do their best to deliver your BR ice cream just the way you like it and expect it to be!
I not only would order from here again, I already HAVE! I am a regular @ this location.
