very delicious. the best chocolate milkshake out there because it actually tastes chocolatey

Got one item and they messed up the one item. Completely left off the caramel sauce and didn't include it separate in the bag. One store has large servings and goes above and beyond but other store has small scoops and lacks in supplies.

The orders were made wrong. The cookie dough ice cream has little to no icecream And have the cup was full of the little cookie dough and fudge. Couldnt even eat it. The REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae was full of peanut butter syrup and no chocolate.

In my previous orders, I did not experience this. For this order, the milkshake I purchased was not sealed. Since the order was not sealed and the dasher did not handle the shake properly, the bag was dripping wet when I picked it up at my door. After cleaning up, I did try the Dubai Chocolate Shake. There was a large portion of pistachio syrup at the bottom of the cup that was not fully incorporated into the drink and it was not very tasty. I received this order around 6:28 PM on Nov. 23. Perhaps 6 PM is not a good time for this destination. I'm not really sure.

Baskin Robbins ice cream will always be a favorite. however, their prices are criminal. my son got a small Milkshake and it was 9 dollars. I got two Fresh Pack (12 oz) and they were 11 dollars a piece. They sell the 24 ounce pack of ice cream on their website for the 11 dollars as well. I feel like I got ripped off to be honest. I put a picture of the Fresh Pack (12 oz) next to my phone for reference.
