This is my third time ordering from Becketts & I’ve lived in Reading for a year now. My food was so good, I even called to tell them personally! I beg you to not dip your chicken in anything before you try it without! Juicy with a crunchy skin is my absolute favorite. The collard greens are full of flavor & let’s not forget the sweet potato yams! Im sad i didnt take photos! ’ll continue to hype this place up anytime someone mentions Soul food. 👏🏼

I can never say anything bad about this place. The chicken was juicy, the collard greens have so much flavor & the sweet yams are to die for. I will say the potato & Mac salad are a little too vinegary for me, but I prefer mayo based. The rolls & corn bread are always fresh too! You can't beat the portion size either !

"Raving" reviews about how amazing this place is and its the best food in reading. What are yall smoking? Fried wings in clearly burnt oil, everything unseasoned, wings are tiny for the price, and the cheese sauce for the fries actually tastes like it's about to spoil. Don't waste your money, this is some gas station level fried chicken. The only thing going for it, is the crispiness of the wings. They may be plain, but you'll get a good crunch from them

12 pieces of wings are the best you actually get 24 and it is amazing the best I ever had.
