• 21/2/25Bens fast food is highly recommended. if you like healthy balanced meal. Chicken Mixed Bowl is really good. I have to order extra Slow Roasted Chicken. The pickeled onion adds balance to the taste of the food. I never want to missed ordering Green Smoothie.

• 14/2/25Ben's Fast Food is so good. perfect for me as a diabetic person. the cauliflower rice is so yummy. the pork in Pork Shoulder Mixed Bowl is truly tender. The salad is really fresh and the dressing is delish. my green Green Smoothie is so good and refreshing. The packaging is perfect. All my orders are in the same bag and arrived on time. Lastly for the price you can't beat that. Lastly Bens fast food is Highly recommended.

• 13/4/26Delicious, healthy, and cheap! I’ve tried both their chicken heart bowl with chipotle sauce and wagyu beef mixed bowl with rosemary vinegar sauces. Both dishes and sauces were great. I liked that the sauces didn’t feel too oily. The chipotle sauce is really flavorful and the rosemary sauce is tangy and fragrant.
I highly recommend if you just want something nourishing!

• 26/9/24This will be a new lunch spot stable! The Green Smoothie was delcious and light,and the Pork Shoulder Hearty Bowl was nutritious and filling. This chef and team appear committed to healthy and affordable food. Well done! I will be ordering again.

• 15/5/26I was craving some late night food and discovered Ben's FAST FOOD on this site. As you can see from the snapshot I am sharing on my review with my Door Dash friends... The Chicken Mixed Bowl is very hearty and delicious, I sampled a taste of the Wagyu Beef Hearty Bowl because I'm saving this for tomorrow's lunch. The Dark Chocolate Cashew Pudding is delicious but I wish it wasn't such a small portion. The side order of Slow Roasted Chicken is well seasoned and delicious. Everything I ordered is fresh and healthy! Hands down I would order this meal again in the future!
