best burgers I have had other than my own homemade ones. Great salad, great bun,meat was juicy, flavor was excellent. Chips tasty,crunchy but soft inside perfection... Will absolutely order again

The Burgers were all sensational however the thick cut chips were all really dry hard chips. Burgers were on the smaller side for price.

Charged me for drink, but did not include in order.
I spoke with delivery driver he advised it was not with order and that I need to contact restaurant.
I have tried calling them 3 times, no answer and "no messages can be left at this time"
The fact they charge $5.50 for a small soft drink is bad enough, but not including it in the order, or being reachable is exceptional poor service and value.

The wait time for my 2 burgers was ridiculous. I had my first dasher waiting at the restaurant for over half an hour and he cancelled my order because of it. Then I had to wait for a new dasher. She also waited a very long time at the restaurant for my order to be ready. Unfortunately, after all that waiting only one of our burgers was decent.
