This is fine-dining quality at casual prices. I've tried most of what they offer via DoorDash.
Notes on my favorites:
Their fried chicken thigh is crispy and light with flaky salt - yummy. The avocado toast with the tang of vinagar-soaked tomatoes and delicate greens - fantastic contrast on the tongue!
Pancakes are just a quality test - if a place has good pancakes, they are quality-directed. These pancakes were dense enough and light enough for heavy-fill pillow texture and the flavor was spot on - they might be eggy? and maybe significant use of buttermilk... not sure, but very delicious.
This is the only place I am ordering from lately.
I'm guessing Michelin recognition will be reached here if that quality and attention to detail stays up.

I got the French Cookie Crunch French Toast and mushroom chazuke. You can really tell there is extra care and thought put into each dish by the little details. The taste really let the natural flavors of ingredients shine through which is a sign they use high quality ingredients. I can't wait to return. The service was incredibly kind and courteous.

The matcha was great. It's definitely not the syrup fake matcha. I was extremely surprised by the Buttermilk Pancake. They were not fluffy, they were heavy and thick. The texture was more of a rubber-thick than a fluffy soft. Wasn't a huge fan. Although the matcha was great the size cut was very small compared to the iced black sesame latte . Not sure why they just didn't use the same size cups. The seseme waffle has this peanut butter taste in it. Wasn't a huge fan. But also never tried this flavor before.

The Fresh Organic Orange Juice here is amazing, and the Market Fruit Bowl keeps me coming back!

Curry Hamburg and Mushroom Chazuke was absolutely amazing. My coworker tried a dish from here as well and loved it.
Tip: Add grilled fish on top of the Mushroom Chazuke!!
