Meat was really good and moist! Sides could be a bit bigger but very good! Split a 3 plate between two people and both full! The spicy bbq was the best sauce!

I got the brisket, pulled pork and jalapeño/cheese sausage, my wife got the brisket and chicken. We're from Texas and have had our fair share of good barbecue. This is good barbecue. It doesn't need sauce but the variety of sauces are all excellent. The brisket was juicy, smoky and the rub was spot on. Everything else was just as impressive and we will definitely order again.

What I'm about to say will come across as harsh, but I don't usually leave reviews. Today's is warranted, though. I ordered the 3 Meat Plate from Big Daddy's. Heard lots of great things, so today was the day to try it. The brisket was like chewy pot roast. No smoke flavor, no smoke ring, grey in color. Also, it wasn't cut correctly. If you know brisket, you know you don't cut with the grain but across the grain to make it tender. This was cut with the grain, which meant there was zero brisket pull to it. I had to tear/cut everything. The smoked turkey was good, but dry (I can chock that up to just being a Door Dash order, but that cannot explain the brisket!). The spicy sausage was decent, but dry. Nothing to write home about. The BBQ beans and loaded mashed potatoes were also just ok, but the portions were ridiculously small. For the price ($35), you should expect more. At any rate, it was just ok. I don't understand the hype from this place, though. The best BBQ in Treasure Valley--IMHO--still remains Rib Shack in Eagle.

We are visiting family and decided to get the Small Family Platter and Onion rings. It was perfect for 4 of us! The chicken, pulled pork, cornbread, and gold sauce are my faves. Definitely recommend 👌

I spent quite a lot of money. And upgrade fees for large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese.. Plus I added some sides to be sure there was enough, this is a tiny amount of food for what was spent!! The food looks good, but I didn't spend that much to get the smallest available deli container of sides for sure. Disappointed 😞
