While our prior pizza orders from this Big Y have always been good, this evening, 8/6/25, I ordered a door dash pizza with extra cheese and onions. While I paid a premium for the extra cheese and onion toppings, what I received was a very under-cooked pizza with huge, bubbled edges, little sauce, and what I would consider to be a typical and expected amount of cheese (and onions), but certainly not extra cheese. This pizza was so "doughy" it was more like cheese bread than pizza, and it was clear that the preparer has not been properly trained to make an acceptably good pizza nor follow the customer's request regarding preferred toppings. Very disappointed with this purchase.

pizza looked like it was made with leftover slices instead of fresh! they didn't fit together. sauce was all over the crust, made very sloppy. chicken was left in giant chunks instead of cut up.

the sub wasn't cut in half you are supposed to get a 1 . 75 liter of soda you get a 20 Oz bottle of soda and the sub wasn't very good won't use them again

Missing toppings under cooked party pizza made with no care out right disgusting
