I don't leave bad reviews unless it's legit bad. Ordered 3 items and all 3 were basically inedible.
~Mozzarella sticks: has a weird breading on the outside, almost like a biscuit instead of bread crumbs. Very dry. No flavor. Cheese wasn't melty.
~Pretzels with cheese: the ends of each pretzel were HARD. Literally couldn't bite into them. And they were absolutely dripping with butter.
~Pizza sub: some of the pepperoni had the wrapper still on the outside edge which made for an interesting & stringy eating experience. The sauce is oddly spicy to be such a staple for most items.
The only good part was the can of Dr. Pepper....how sad.

probably one of the worst Chicken Tender subs I have had was bland and had no flavor at all and the Potato Wedges were not good either were mushy and just all around not good
