Coming from a real Mexican that has been eating Birria since I was a little girl over 30 years now every single birthday I have my mom make Birria this is the most authentic I've had in the high desert . I have had it from way too many places and it has zero flavor but this place hit the spot . I am new to the area, but this will definitely be my go to spot when I am craving my mom's Birria.

Order of Birria Fries is super small 4"x4" container; undercooked fries and no cheese. Pretty disappointed. Birria Quesadilla is ok, but realistically overpriced. The Beef Birria Taco is OK at best; dry unless you drown it in the consume. Pretty disappointed overall; 2 star food at a 5 star price .

This looks nothing like the picture. I ordered Birria tacos and a birria quesadilla. I got burned shells and they're all dry. I WILL NEVER order from here again. This place is garbage. I need to leave a yelp review as well!!! 🗑🗑🗑

Website doesn't mention if consume comes with each taco, so no need to order more, like I did. Only certain tacos come with it, I guess it's a roll of the dice as to which ones do. It's no a fountain soda, it's a canned coke, so don't expect a fountain soda for $2.99. Packaging is garbage, I had a bag full of dumped consume. Looks like 2 different meats on the pork tacos. And they look nothing like the pictures. The flavor of the tacos were pretty good. I'm glad I had a 20% off coupon, or I would have been even more disappointed. Hopefully your experience is much better than mine.
