Biryani from Biryaniwala

Curious to see how their signature dish would hold up, I gave the biryani from Biryaniwala a try, expecting it to be their specialty.

Taste (7/10)
The spices were well-balanced, and the chicken was cooked to perfection — tender and flavorful.

Presentation (6/10)
The biryani didn’t quite match the menu photo. The egg was missing, and while there were three chicken pieces, there was no shredded chicken layered through the rice.

Portion Size (7/10)
Served in a standard rice takeaway box with two sauces — a decent lunch portion.

Freshness (7/10)
Ingredients tasted fresh and satisfactory. No issues with quality.

Value for Money (6/10)
The portion was fair for the price, but the missing components slightly affected the overall value.

Overall Satisfaction (7/10)
The sauces were refreshing and complemented the biryani well. However, a sprinkle of fresh herbs, some shredded chicken mixed in, and a sliced egg would have elevated the experience.
