Bison Ridge I hope becomes a Troy historic restaurant one day, the food is delicious, the prices are fair, portions are decent pizzas are one size only would like a XL options they are so good. Never cold food unless it's supposed to be, food always ready in an appropriate time, staff rocks games are fun, good family place will be ordering monthly from here.

I'm really sad to say the packaging of it was a huge dissappointment & affected the taste of food. I ordered a steak & lava cake dessert. The steak container was on top, the dessert container on bottom. Their was juice from the steak that had leaked out and was in the bottom of the bag, which then somehow affected the lava cake? It tasted like it got some meat juice on it... Had to throw it out. 😔 Probably better inside restaurant than being delivered. To store, I reccomend bagging these things separately!! The icecream was semi melted (which I expected as it is difficult to keep cold I understand) and the steak was fatty.

The Liberty: there wasn't a lot of size to the burger patty itself. it definitely wasn't worth the 34 I spent on that and fries through doordash!

The fries were soggy like they were just simply reheated in a microwave and the wreck nachos that I got they forgot to put any kind of protein on it's all I have were chips and salsa and onions paid for a lot of nothing
With this experience we will never come there nor will we order again
