Food was delicious and can't thank bistro 495 for making it during a snow storm. My hotel didn't have room service so i ordered from here! Chicken was great and so was the apple pie.

Very disappointing. I ordered the French onion soup, and the container wasn’t even filled. There was just one slice of cheese thrown on top and no croutons at all. To make matters worse, the onions weren’t even cooked all the way—some were still crunchy when I took a bite. I couldn’t even finish the soup. For the price, I expected a full portion that was properly prepared and came with all of the advertised components. Very disappointed.
