Staff - always super nice & accommodating
Only thing that I guess I was surprised by was if you order a door dash pickup order, you have to walk inside, and they dont start making it until you get there either...so it doesnt make sense to order ahead of time through door dash, it's less convenient than just waiting in the drive thru line. BUT they were really helpful and kind today, and drinks are always great!

This is rediculous. My drink is NOT full. Its about 1.5 inches from the top of the cup! WTH?? There is never conistsncy when I order through door dash with this black rock location. I get people make mistakes and we can't be perfect, BUT it would be nice if my $8 coffee could be made with a little bit of care from time to time.

My favorite drink by far! This is my daily temptation every morning to door dash my favorite coffee to work! The driver was sweet and the coffee is awesome!

We did not receive blended drinks ad ordered. Maybe we got the iced version. Very different flavor. Not a good coffee. We love Black Rock though and maybe should have gone instead of ordering.

for some reason, every time i order a froze fuel from this place, it's never blended just on ice and half melted. when I pick up it's blended. door dash? just over ice.
