This is my very first time trying Black Rock and I am super impressed and happy with what I got. I ordered the Sausage & Cheese Sandwich which came still pretty hot, surprisingly packed with flavor and overall delicious! Then I ordered an XL Iced Chai Latte which good lord praise the barista who made it, I am in love. I got Toasted Marshmallow flavoring added (which i assume is a syrup) as well as Vanilla Cold Foam to top it and lemme tell you it's better than you know what. I am definitely going here again, thank you to the team that worked today for providing me with yummy food and an amazing drink! I would've provided pictures but i went to town thats how irresistible it was <3

Ordered one Honey Haze Shaken Espresso and one Iced White Mocha. I did NOT receive the Iced White Mocha. instead they gave me two Honey Haze Shaken Espresso drinks which taste horrible. Will not be ordering from again since clearly this Black Rock is not able to make drinks properly or read orders correctly.

Was told egg bites come with a tiny bit of spinach... you make the call, do you think that's a tiny bit ?
Iced mocha with whip... needed to ask for more whip- there was a very small dollop...
disappointed that they are turning into Starbucks behavior and trying to be fast with lacking consistency.
