Why did they burn my chicken bro:( and the sweet tea isn't sweet at all. I ordered seasoned fries and they weren't seasoned and burnt as well. The fries were not fresh at all they were hard. Portion is good but everytime I go here they seem to mess it up. Would not order again. Big prices for low quality food. And my bag was ripped. I work in fast food and I would never send this out to a dasher.

The drink was not sealed. What if it someone puts something on it, the bag where the food came was also not sealed, so the packaging was not safe .

50/50 if your order will be right. Asked for extra green sauce and chili on the side. Got zero sauce of any kind. So glad I paid extra for that (eye roll). When it's right, it's delicious.

This store has poor customer service. I had ordered a door dash item that was unavailable at the time. I was charged and never received part of my order. when I went in, in person I was told that I could not receive my missing order nor have a refund of what was charged. They had an attitude and wasn't willing to compromise. I lost out and they did nothing to help.
