The arrangement was lovely and arrived on time. However, you printed the gift card with a totally wrong sender's name, creating a very awkward and messy situation. For the price of your arrengments, one would expect more care and quality control. I will select another store next time.

Flowers were way smaller than I expected from the picture. Smallest $140 arrangement you could buy. Wife said it looked 'sad.'
