The flowers and balloon were beautiful!! The only downside is that the pictures show the flowers in a chic paper wrap, but they were wrapped with the ugly grocery store plastic instead! A bit sad because I was specifically trying to avoid that.

Ordered flower bouquet for a family member as a surprise gift. They were delivered to her just like this...dying flowers (wilted and sparse). Highly do not recommend ever buying from this store! And they didn't deliver chocolate dipped strawberries that were to accompany the flower bouquet!

The white flowers that were in with the roses are dead today, on Mother's Day! We put the packet in the roses as directed and cut the stems, woke up this morning...the white flowers in with the roses were dead and drooping ,Not a good look for the price!

these flowers we're very disappointing. they look old. they have not been in the house for 12 hours and already one of the flowers of broken off, and several of the blooms are bent over. I realize it's right after Christmas but these four for my wife's birthday. when I ask her how she liked them she said well it's the thought that counts. not quite the response I expected. thank you Kroger.

flowers looked nothing like the picture. Roses were wilted and black around the edges. Other flowers were just haphazardly thrown in with no sense of presentation.
