Got the Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Yellow and it was beautiful, but definitely not as full as the image showed--only had a few extra blooms outside of the yellow roses. Recipient was happy, but I was hoping for a sunflower at least, as noted in the description. They also added an orange lily, not yellow, but I did appreciate that they tried to increase the number of blooms.

I ordered a white arrangement and received a blazing pink one. it was too late to try to get it fixed. i received no notice that a substitution was made. it didn't even come in a vase but ceramic monstrosity.

I'm really disappointed. I sent these as a gift to my friend for her bachelorette party. The second picture with the description is what I thought I was ordering, the first photo is what the dasher sent me. Clearly not the same at all. I was not notified of the difference or anything. I paid $60 for these flowers when if I wanted something cheap looking I could have gone to Walmart and spent $15 dollars on a bouquet.

I ordered a different arrangement than the one I received. This one is simple roses while iordered one that had roses, white flowers, and leaves. Not to mention it also had a vase. When I filled a refund I only got $20 back from my $94 order. Very unsatisfied with how I wasnt informed of the change to the arrangement. I was also surprised when received a complete different balloon than the one I chose.

It was my Mom's Birthday and she loved her Live Blooming Orchid Plant in 5 Live Blooming Orchid Plant in 5. A+. In person it's more beautiful.
