The Bay Breakfast Sandwich was very hard, on the top part of the muffin, and the Half and Half had just started to turn. The coffee would've been delicious if not for the aftertaste of the turning cream!

Dark roasted whole beans are one of my favorites. The IPA of whole beans where others sell Budweiser beans of flavor!

We’re really disappointed with our recent order from Blue Bottle via DoorDash. We ordered 2 mochas, 1 hot chocolate, 1 winter matcha, and a cheese & egg sandwich with avocado, banana bread and tea cake — but a few things came out wrong.
Only one mocha and one hot chocolate were correct. The winter matcha was completely missing, and the second mocha never arrived. On top of that, the sandwich had no avocado, even though we paid for it, and the mocha tastes horrible!
This was really frustrating, especially given the price. We’d like a full refund for the missing drinks and the incorrect sandwich. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.
