Blue Ember knows what they are doing when it comes to BBQ. The burnt ends were incredible. The Fort Chaffee was fresh. And the Brisket Twisters were a wonderful take on stuffed peppers. I will 100% be going back.

Brisket was very moist and had a great smoked flavor. As others have mentioned it does need a bit more salt but that's easily remedied.
I would've preferred the burnt ends to not have had sauce but they were cooked to perfection.
The baked beans were very flavorful and better than what most bbq places serve.
The potato salad was also good but warm, which put me off of eating it.
All in all, great value for the money and I will order from there again.

Ribs are just nasty. Undercooked so fat and sinew not reduced properly. No bark very little smoke. Worst ribs in Arkansas.
Proportions very small for price.. over $20 bucks for 4 ribs. Pulled pork very fatty and little flavor. The "burnt end" are tasty, not ask crispy as id hopped but the pork belly fat reduced.
I'd recommend WholeHog or Wrights BBQ!

Ordered a half a pound of a smoked turkey which is 8 oz. and only 5 oz. were delivered. We complained, once again, to DoorDash. Overall, the food is OK, we like the pulled pork and smoked turkey. We had the ribs twice and would never order them again, skimpy and very fatty.

Missing 2 food items- Mac & Cheese & Brisket Twisters. Packaged food & packaging were drenched by the fried food steam. In my house, there's a HUGE difference between 5 & 6. I have 3 kids & our 1 lbs of ribs came with 5, so someone only gets 1 ;-(
