The Beef Brisket Poutine is a full meal. It was loaded with brisket on top, full of cheese curds and gravy. Great side dish to share. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts were perfectly cooked in a sweet sauce. I recommend even to the most finicky eater, you will love them. I can't wait for leftovers!

The food arrived at a good temperature. The Pitmaster Wings and Double Smoked Burnt Ends are very salty on their own don't forget to dip them in the provided sauces.! The Chopped Brisket Hoagie is overstuffed with meat making it a bit hard to fit all in your mouth. Get a creamy sauce to help balance it out, or get the Cole Slaw which is super rich and creamy.

Beef Brisket - BIG. I mean this brisket is, if not a little pricey, some of the best. Crispy Brussels. & Pit Beans Side. were both excellent as well. All 3 arrived hot & fresh off the stove/oven. Again the cost keeps me from doing so too often I'll def order again at some point.

My disappointment was the brisket and price for what I received. $16 for three small pieces, which I do agree I ordered the small, but the photograph uploaded by the restaurant shows large slices of brisket for the item I selected which is what I expected.
Mac and cheese, photo showed a bread crumb topped Mac and cheese, however it was bland and disappointing as well.
Pulled pork sandwich, I'd like to have the ability to remove the pineapple topping from as I am not a fan of pineapple but wanted to try this sandwich. Meat was flavorful and tender so points for that.
Coleslaw was meh. had a bitter aftertaste to it.
Beans taste great, and are sweet which is how I like my beans. Overall on the sides, I would not pay $5-6 for again.
I don't think I will order this again because of portion size and taste for some of the items.

Literally best bbq I've ever had. The smells and flavor was insane. Immediately upon opening it the smell alone was completely intoxicating. I got smoked chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese and every bit of it was amazing and flavorful.
