The name was changed to "Bob & Edith's Diner," and a new family business was started with the support of their four children (Mike, Pinky, Nancy, and Greg), which has thrived to this day.

The omelets always deliver. They're perfectly cooked, with fresh ingredients, and are huge. The bacon is also cooked perfectly. I'm picky about biscuits, and Bob & Edith's biscuits are fluffy, light, and melt in your mouth. The pancakes are also thick and fluffy, but not too thick. We order breakfast delivery quite often, and the food always arrives neatly packaged and piping hot!

Double bacon cheeseburger had a lot of flavor the size was very meaty and filling

I ordered 2 BLT sandwiches. Each had only 1 flat piece of lettuce, 3 very thin tomato slices and
2 crumbled pieces of bacon only on each BLT sandwiches. Much, much lower quality & quantity of food at Bob & Edith's Diner on Columbia Pike. I'm very disappointed.

Would have been nice to know they don't have milkshakes when I ordered and paid $8 for one. Sandwich tasted great but was skimpy. One leaf of lettuce and one slice of tomato on my BLT. Ordered fries and received hash browns. I admit that the hash browns were delicious. Perfectly cooked.

I'm glad I picked it up instead of a dasher I would've assumed it was tampered with. The food looks horrible and inedible. Sandwich was balled up and falling apart. Home fries are thick and cheese from the breakfast sandwich was on it.
