I love their strawberry matcha latte, you can taste the sweetness of strawberry and that green tea taste when you sip into it. So good.

This would be five stars but they recently changed their delivery price to $8.99 even with Dash Pass, which is absurd  (literally have never seen a price that high, with or without a membership to a delivery service) . I live on the other side of town and never find myself in their area  so I can only support this business through DoorDash. I used to order here a couple times a week but have now  gone to other boba places because I can't justify the price. If youre a Rockafeller though, the Mangonada is delicious as long as you like tajin and mix up the drink. Also their meet is a little fatty so if that gives you the ick, order their egg bahn mi.

ordered Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Pork Roll Sandwich, Brown Sugar Milk Tea  but it wasn't grilled. it was more boiled or styr-fried with no seasoning. Title is very misleading. 4 stars for everything else.

Love every tea I've ever tried here. This is the best boba place in town! And the staff are very friendly.

A little more tea taste than I'm used to, but overall pretty good! The one dollar difference between the sizes isn't bad at all too, which is nice.
