The answer is yes. You do need this. The chicken is perfectly crispy while still being soft and tender on the inside. Secret sauce is delicious, I prefer this with the sriracha but have to recommend at least trying it with the secret sauce one because it is givers very good! Coffee is delicious. I always get whatever the current specialty is and it's always exactly what you need.

I love the byo salad with chicken and avocado. The person who makes it takes such care to make the presentation beautiful, the ingredients are fresh and generous, and it's delicious. I love the biscuits too! Always reliable and doesn't take too long. 10/10

Neither one of the drinks had the protective cover over the mouth piece. And the coffee was bitter. The matcha did not have flavor.

Had just left a review how great this place was.... I just payed $10 for this sandwich that had literally one piece of bacon. It was not great! Disappointing

BYO sandwich did not come with chips and up charges $1.00 for everything except lettuce. Paid for the creamy sirracha and they barely put any on
