Feel like they've gotten lazy with making their sausage gravy..most of the time there's only a few big pieces the on top of the Southern Gravy Biscuit

Bojangles ALWAYS gets it right! Hot, fresh, and a correct order for 8 people is going to get my money every time. I adore their employees when I go in the store, and they take great care of us when I order from DoorDash, too.

The biscuit and gravy was great. Tasted great the issue was the way it was packaged in the bag (sideways) my gravy got over the rest of the order. I accept that that responsibility of how well the food is treated on the journey whether it is packaged great or not is also on the dasher. The biscuit and gravy was literally side lying in the bag. My Bo berry biscuit was hard and I had ordered extra icing and I did not receive that at all. The Cajun fillet was great as usual.

The Sausage Bo-Berry™ Biscuit was surprisingly good. The Cajun fries could have been fresher, seemed a bit cold and hard but overall good food.

Normally bojangles get it right for a quick order but I ordered cheese on my sandwich didnt come with any the bacon was very burnt tasting and my soda was completely carbonated and disgusting had to throw it out. Do better
