Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I love bojangles my favorite by far. This time was not so good biscuit was hard and extra icing on the short cake was notthere. Hoping this is a one off will try again

They no longer carry the Pork Chop biscuit, which isn't their fault that it's still in the menu. How, the biscuit I chose to replace it with was cheaper than the pork chop biscuit. I asked if I could also have bo rounds to make up the price difference and the manager refused. Terrible customer service.

BoBerry biscuit was extremely dry as if it had been sitting for hours on end. This item definitely wasn't fresh. But everything else ( supremes, biscuits, gravy, and bacon) were good.

This is the 4th time in 2weeks I've ordered boberry biscuits. I keep trying to get fresh but it seems they used over baked hard crusted instead of decent baked. I'm so disappointed again.

All of the food was ice cold. Ordered fries for 1 order and borounds for the other and didnt receive either one. Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Combo was cold and hard in the middle and Sausage & Egg Biscuit Combo had cheese on it but no sausage. Will not order again.
