Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The fries were soggy. The chicken was really over cooked. The biscuits were as hard as a rock. The only thing of value was the sweet tea. It was pretty good.

I’m really disappointed with this order. The receipt clearly shows I was supposed to get 3 Bo’s Special Sauces along with the ones that already come in the family meal, but what I actually received was mostly Peach Honey Pepper Sauce instead. The order wasn’t followed correctly at all, and it’s frustrating because the sauces are a big part of why I ordered this meal. If I take the time to make specific requests, I expect them to be followed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with accuracy here, and it makes me hesitant to order again.

I called because the app wasnt displaying information correctly about certain food items. The first person I talked to was a lttle off but te manager had helped me fix it and I want to make sure and mention it becuase they realy dont have to be that helpful if they dont want to be and I really appreciate they made it easier for me to update the order instead of making it more difficult as I was struggling to describe it. anyways kind people are at the Bojangles and I appreciate it. I ordered 1 sando and it jjust means so much to get a fresh hot mealwhat I paid for and not always have it be messed up or cold. thank you very much.

Was delivered as good as it tastes. The food is awesome especially the heart blueberry biscuits 😋🤤 yummy. 😍😁🥰 wish I could add my photo of my breakfast ☺️. thank you bo jangles and miss Mary you was awesome to. aka my delivery person. 😁

I order from Bojangles at least monthly and is usually the family 8 or 12 piece meal. we have done this since we have lived in Cookeville, so about 4 years. We have never had an issue prior but tonight the chicken and sides were good except the French fries. They were so salty they were inedible. We don't mind salt and in fact like it but this was a disappointment.
