Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The fries were old and cold, the tenders were small and overcooked, and the tea was watery and tasted nothing like peach.

I got everything fresh and hot and the bo-rounds were so hot and crispy and the bo fries were well seasoned 10/10!

the biscuit was inedible it felt like it weighed 3 pounds the wings were tiny but tasty

They were out of most of the chicken, and my whole meal was replaced by the supreme dinner, but the chicken was hard, the fries were burnt, and the cobbler was just a cold biscuit with stuff piled on top of it.

I’m disappointed with my experience. The order was not packed properly, and I also paid for extra ranch dressing but didn’t receive any. It’s frustrating to pay for additional items and not get what you ordered. I hope they improve their packaging and pay closer attention to order accuracy.
