• 2/12/25Bojangles has a totally different definition for the word smothered. You only get a tablespoon of gravy on the steak. disappointing

• 29/3/26There are only 3 strips not 4 like a paid for. The fries are a small when I paid for a large and there is no BBQ sauce which I should get one but I paid for an extra

• 13/5/25The Bo Bo Bites Combo came with more bites than ordered, no fries and no drink. The Chicken Supremes® Combo came without a biscuit and dipping sauce. The driver didn't speak any English and had no idea what we were trying to tell him.

• 24/8/26Did not get the seasoned fries that were ordered and paid for. The straw had a hole in it and wasn't usable.
