the boberry biscuits were burnt, and I got a whole whooping 10 bo rounds in a family size and a medium size order. half of the cheese on my bacon egg and cheese was melted to the wrapper, and the cajun fillet was tough and hard to chew... the only things that came out okay was the sausage biscuits which only make up 15 percent of my order if that. 😤😡

Oh my god this is so dang delicious. The chicken was so tender yet crunchy and the fries were cooked to perfection .

The fries were decent and tenders. Did not have the right sauce. Biscuit was hard ...and the one heart shaped Bo berry was as well. Threw away MOST of the order. Money wasted2pc Chicken Supremes® Kids' Meal

wings tasted old and not fried hard enough, the fries were just a greasy clump of potatoes and the drink was mostly ice

Todays (04/24/23) order sucked!!! I have given 5 stars due to the quality of our food received from this Bojangles. Today however the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuits had squishy soft chicken and only 1 piece of bacon, normally there are 3. The 2 Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuits we ordered again only had 1 piece each, normally they have 3. It was a huge contrast as to the quality compared to usual. please solve the issue quickly. Thank you.
