Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Food was poor quality. Mac and Cheese was old and dried out. Bacon on biscuit was undercooked. I ordered from a hotel and they didn't include napkins or any plastic ware. Also sweet potato pie was basically burnt and tasted horrible. This Shallotte Bojangles is Really Bad!

Tenders were slightly better than awful. They were 1/3-1/2 the size as normal. We paid extra for ranch that wasn't delivered. Biscuit was bland, like no butter at all. This was one of my worst experiences with Bojangles in 30 years.

The Bo rounds were so overcooked that they were almost hard as rocks. I ordered lemonade and received Sprite instead. It wouldn't be the first time food has been either under or overcooked at this specific Bojangles. Try the one in Supply instead.

this is the first time I've ever ordered from Bojangles.my Southern Gravy Biscuit Combo came with the"gravy" already on the biscuits. which means mybiscuits were soggy and gross by the time I got them. the Gravy wasn't even white, it was nearly clear. I definitely won't be ordered from here again. I didn't get any condiments that I ordered.

ordereda med bo Bo-Tato Rounds® and it was half full and they were soggy. Steak Biscuits were great fresh biscuit and steak was fresh. Will probably just skip the Bo-Tato Rounds®next time.
