Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The sweet tea was not even sweet and it tasted like dish soap.

My bo rounds were burnt because they were cooked in old grease which we could taste. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. My biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it & only had HALF A PIECE OF CHEESE ON IT. No fork, no straw.

The family side I ordered was only filled halfway if that, if I'm paying 6 dollars or more for a side I expect it to be the normal amount that is supposed to be there.

The order was inaccurate. Mt Dew instead of Dr Pepper. Fries were not bo sized as requested and paid for. The slaw was also a size below what was ordered. On top of the inaccuracies, the order was delayed. This was a doordashed delivery so I was not able to return to store to correct the order.

It took an hour to get here. I don’t think it was the dasher’s fault. The app showed him waiting for a bit to bit up the order. That said, you would think that the food would be warm. It was barely warm and got cold quickly. The biscuits were undercooked and doughy. One of the biscuits was not even really there. It was like half a biscuit. We received no straws and no napkins. Poor experience all around and will not order again from Bojangles.
