the Tacos Locos is fire. Best tacos I've had in Austin. Trying again to see if the quality is the same.

these birria tacos were CRAZY. drippy, tender, full flavor. consommé was like liquid gold. this place is officially my new go-to. if you’re scrolling wondering where the REAL birria at? it’s right here. run, don’t walk.

The Al Pastor tacos were great! I added special instructions to get an extra lime and salsa and they followed through with my request! The portions are generous and it was hot and fresh! Definitely would order again if I need to grab something for lunch real quick!

I wanted to give this place a second try, but it was a disappointment. However, the portions and presentation were great!! I can't complain on that! The flavor over all is there, but didn't meet my standards. The salsa in incredibly watered down. The Al Pastor Taco was okay, It was lacking flavor, it had too much of a sweet flavor like it had too much pineapple. The Bistec Taco had good flavor, but the meat was a little fatty. I can't do watered down salsa, so unfortunately I won't be eating from here again. Salsa is a deal breaker for me, ties the whole taco together, but it can't do that if it's straight liquid and runs out of the ends because of how watered down it is. If these small changes were to happen, I'd definitely come back. Small fixes that can make this place better!
