I have tried about 4 different Korean fried chicken places in the area and I'd have to say BonChon's was the best. The chicken was crispy even after being delivered and eaten almost 2 hours later. The fries were well seasoned and crispy as well. The spicy garlic was so good but plain also was really good surprisingly.

Chicken strips looked like little nuggets, completely different from other BonChon stores. Not worth the price whatsoever

This chicken was fried and fried and fried, I usually get some from this chain if I need a quick bite but this time it was almost like chewing on bones it was so overcooked. How in the world do you make fried chicken this tough???

The quality has gone down. We hadn't ordered in a couple months and noticed the food is saltier, less tasty/flavorful, more expensive, and that the chicken strips are now chicken nuggets. It's a shame because we used to love ordering from Bon Chon. But sure if they changed the recipes but the wings, strips, tacos pork buns, and fries didn't taste as good as they used to.
