Classic Nachos (Starter Size) ordered an extra salsa and it wasn't there, no option for ordering extra sour cream and the amount of nachos was less than received other times

I didnt recieve my Bandera Pizza Bread. the Spinach & Artichoke Dip and Jambalaya Fettuccini is delicious. I would like a refund or just have it added to my next order please.
