Breaktime serves the best gyoza in San Jose. The sauce that accompanies it and the precision in preparation ensure that every gyoza tastes consistently amazing. You absolutely have to try them! Ever since I first tasted them a few years ago, I’ve tried other gyozas, but Breaktime’s remain the best.

Breaktime Tea (SJ location) fans, This was my first time trying the Teriyaki Salmon on Rice + Roasted Oolong Milk Tea ! They did not disappoint. The tea was spot on and right ratio of sweet + pudding was added. The Teriyaki Salmon on Rice . was a fairly large portion for the price and tasty. Surprised, because most budget eateries do not do that well with salmon items. Thank you, Breaktime Tea SJ staff + managment : Please keep up the consistency + quality of your items.

Breaktime Tea fans, this location is the best! Quality ingredients, and care is put into everything I've ordered from this location in person, for curb-side pick up, and even delivery. Most importantly, the staff at this location is : kind, friendly, and will work with you if you need help with an order.

This order highlights: The Takoyaki i portion was generous , plus crispy on outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. My Rose Green Milk Tea was prepared just as I requested! And the Matcha Swiss Roll Cake (2pcs) has a good balance of sweet with matcha power, including in the cream filling.

This order could have been perfect.
The good on this order:
The Teriyaki Salmon on Rice + Takoyaki were good , fresh, and perfectly packed. The Salmon bowl , had decent portions for the price. I appreciate that, and attention to food safety by sealing food and drink items. The Dasher , was excellent and in this area they usually are!
The bad, and which I hope is not becoming a pattern:
The Honeydew Green Milk Tea was 65% ice, even though I requested light ice and even mentioned in in the comments area. Breaktime Tea management, can you all please look into this, because attempting to remedy that, via DoorDash, is almost like pulling hens teeth for a small item.

I always order the Popcorn Chicken (Homestyle) non-spicy with spicy ranch dip sauce, so good! Definitely recommend
Their milk teas are always flavorful and delicious! I highly recommend the Black milk and Jasmin milk teas.
