Love their food, but disappointed that the pizza and wings boxes weren't sealed at all for delivery. I feel like using a piece of tape or a tamper-evident seal should be standard practice for delivery orders to prevent any potential tampering during handling. I order from plenty of other spots on DoorDash that do this as normal practice so I’d definitely like to see Brick & Dough adopt it to ensure food safety.

the meatball sub was excellent. However, the OG McBricen was ok in flavor and WAY overpriced. $16.50 for an ok chicken sandwich that was barely larger than a MacDonald's hamburger? Seriously??? Especially since it was advertised in the photo a being much larger.

The Meatball Sub had sliced, crumbling, burned meatballs with maybe 1/2 a t of sauce and very little cheese. For $18.70 that is ridiculous. My original Dasher waited so long he quit and was replaced by someone else. I won't order from this place again. Poor quality, long wait, and too expensive for what it was.
