The Ranch sauce is made from scratch you can tell. Best ever. It's even better than ranch sauce from Cheescake Factory and that's saying a lot. The whole garlic bread was perfectly cooked. Insanely delicious. And the oatmeal Cookies is off the hook. Chewy! My favorite pizza place in Riverside hands down.

Calzone was both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Cheese wasn't fully melted, but outside was burned. Box was dripping with grease.
Pizza was good. I paid $3 for extra pepperoni, and there's less pepperoni on my pizza than in the picture the restaurant posted.

I decided to try this place because there was a coupon. I'm not sure how they managed to burn the pizza but not actually cook the cheese or the center of the dough. Also the salad came and it was fine but a little small for $10 and it had no dressing on it whatsoever. I will probably not eat from here again.

Bricks and Birch is usu our go to for bougie pizza when we want unqie flavors and high-quality. I was highly disappointed by this order (our usual). Dough was dry/burnt (some burnt is good, this was overwhelmingly burnt, and the arugula on th Mini Apple Brie dominated with less brie than usual and maybe three apple slices. Overall the pizza felt hastily made, like the person making it didnt really care. Hopefully this is a one off situation.

pizza is packed with flavor. Perfect crust, just the right amount of sauce. Delicious .
