• 11/1/26We ordered a Caesar salad, and it was limp romaine, chicken with breading falling off, wet croutons and shredded mozzarella cheese. A bland dressing was on the side. Awful for $22. Putting the hot chicken on the salad made the lettuce and croutons all mushy upon delivery
The $33 dollar pizza had twelve slices, was super thin, and stuck to the paper. Had to sit there peeling the paper off each slice. Expected much better quality for the price

• 29/5/26I absolutely hated it, wife loves it. Very polarizing. Very bready pizza, but bread is not buttery or flakey or frankly very well-cooked. It was doughy and absolutely SLATHERED in a garlic sauce remniscent of Papa John's dipping sauce. I'm nauseated remembering it. My wife, however? Loved it. Each bite contained varying amounts of garlic and Parmesan. Both very intense flavors when applied properly, but both cloying when applied in haphazard clumps.
I honestly can't tell if this was intentional? If so, it wasn't to my taste at all. I have no earthly idea what my wife finds appetizing about this. And it's not as though I have some kind of milquetoast taste in food. I love flavoral food, and my go to order for myself is from a local Indian food restaurant. I just cannot understand the appeal here.
Reviewing the menu shows lettuce and tomatoes on paninis. That is... a choice. So, wife wants their pizza, which I find inedible, and I'm at a loss to find anything on the menu that I'm brave enough to trust.
With so many great options in the area, I don't understand why anyone would order from this chain. But, there's no accounting for taste, I suppose. One thing I will say? It is absurdly calorically dense. I would be willing to bet a single pizza could provide a month's worth of meals to a starving person. Maybe that's why it's 30+ dollars?

• 4/5/26Overall highly disappointing meal. The pizza was hard as a rock, also tasted stale. Like it was made hours previously and sitting out. The sauce on the eggplant rollatini tasted off, and wasn't very good. Same with the rice ball, I wish it mentioned it was smothered in sauce and cheese - wouldn't have ordered it.

• 12/5/26Pizza was asked to be well done, it was extremely doughy and undercooked. Tasted like a salt shaker fell on the pizza :( and there was no honey flavor on any slice. Disappointed, because in the past the pizza has been delicious
