Brooklyn V’s Pizza is family owned and operated. Born in Brooklyn, Vito LoPiccolo owned restaurants in Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Queens, NY for 20 years. Since moving to Arizona, Vito has owned and…
In my opinion this is the closest to NY pizza I've had in Arizona. The sauce is perfectly balanced with the cheese, extra crispy crust but still able to be folded, just perfection in a slice. The marinara sauce and Mozzarella Sticks were a great pre-show to the main event, perfectly cooked and the sauce is so flavorful, I think I found my new favorite pizza place.

Not sure why or what they did to the Mac and Kids Mac & Cheese now, but it's absolutely disgusting. Used to be my go to, but today it was water pasta with zero flavor. The vodka Kids Pasta also had a weird taste on top of the Alfredo water spilled throughout the whole bag and every container.

Lovvvve. We go here all the time for pizza, just around the corner, but I finally had their pasta and I think it's the best around. The carbonara is amazing & so are the meatballs. Definitely taste the Italian-NY-from-scratch-rich history of the family who brought this place to life. How lucky are we that they moved to AZ?

So glad that we ordered the chicken Chicken Parmesan Hero and Meatball Parmesan Hero They were so delicious and filled full with meat, cheese & sauce everything they should be plus the Baked Caprese Slice was amazing. we will be ordering again very soon. Thank you for remembering the extra sauce since we are saucy people l o l. We got our food and it was hot and the driver was really nice. Thanks to Ken for being so nice on the phone when I called to ask questions before ordering & made sure I ordered properly!

This restaurant is slowly becoming my GO-To place for pizza. When I first moved to Gilbert, Sals was all the rave and honestly it was good pizza. Brooklyn V is doing all the right things and should definitely be on your list of recommendations.
Their cheese is good, sauce is good, but most importantly, the crust is what defines a good pizza. It's nice and got a little chew to it, not dry or over cooked like many other places tend to do, and it doesn't lack flavor. Plus it's foldable with a dripping tip which is a sign of GOOD NY style pizza. Over cooked crust will keep the tip pointed.
Don't sleep on Brooklyn Vs as one of the best pizza joints in Gilbert.
