The brocup is my favorite for when I want a filling meal. Just note that mashed potatoes/gravy are already included, so if you choose that, you'll get double. The meat is really flavorful and tender without being fatty

I ordered the sample plate and was extremely disappointed with the meat being dry and the size, it is advertised as large sides and juicy meat. I might have just had bad luck but the sides were about the size of biscuit and the fries were burned. Most likely not ordering again.

I travel frequently for work and have been eating Keto for several months. This can be challenging, so BBQ has been my go to as of late. After several disappointments on my latest trip to Austin, I decided to try Brothers while visiting Boulder. All I can say is well done! I got the 1/2lb of brisket and 1/2lb of Hot Link. The brisket was flavorful and moist and the hot links were some of the best I've ever had.

I mean- it was okayyy- the slider was extra small ad the mac n cheese portion was two flavorless bites. The pork rib was delicious!
How are you going to send BBQ to someone with no napkins or silverware though??

Ribs were pretty good but delivered rolled in aluminum foil, $30 for 6 ribs and 1 piece of cornbread should at least get a cardboard or styrofoam takeout plate. Instead you get to eat off of your paper bag without napkins.
