Fresh, juicy chicken meat. Great taste overall, tasty 'shrooms and rings. Will order again. Thank you.

They buiscuts was dry and gooey at the same time that i chocked eating it. Also the chicken was aight no flavor and the skin wasn't crunchy. It looked good tho. Maybe the batch was old. Too much salt on dem fries tho tryna raise my blood pressure. I see why the meal was 12 dollars. Nice portion tho but i would never order again. Sticking to popeyes

The Mushrooms were good as usual. Fritters were just decent and not like they previously were. As they cooled, they got very oily and saturated. The Tenders w/Biscuit (3) were terrible! They must be using dirty oil or mixing too many different products in the same oil or just using something extremely cheap. This is not my first time experiencing this but wanted to give them another try as I've been a customer over 40+ years. I think this will be the last time ordering from Browns. Even the Mac and cheese was absolutely terrible! It looked very cheesy but had ZERO cheese taste at all. It just tasted like oil! Very odd to say the least! Whatever changes or cost cutting they are doing is affecting the food quality and taste tremendously.

The food has always been good here. My last 2 orders have been awfully oily! I'm not sure if it's different oil or cooked differently now, but the chicken actually feels heavier! The Tenders w/Biscuit (3) were very dense and oily. The biscuits were actually wet. The 8 pc (chicken only) just seems totally different than it used to be. I've been eating at Brown's for over 40 years and this change is more recent at this location (past 6 months maybe). The Fritters are still very tasty, but do feel heavier than usual. It has to be something with the oil they're using.
